Reducing food waste
To conserve the environment and meet Iceland’s personal goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2040, the issue of food waste should be addressed. Our company aims to reduce the food waste in Reykjavík while increasing the profit margin for restaurants.
A problem being faced by many restaurants is the amount of food waste produced by sub-optimal ordering practices.
We take preventative action to reduce waste and offer a business model that helps clients increase their profit margins.
